Seafoam vs chevron techron

    I use B12 chemtool for deep cleaning treatment, and Techron for maintenance treatments. I used to use Seafoam but for the price and looking at the MSDS ($8.99 for mostly Naptha? No thanks) I have stopped using it.

    Techron gasoline is fine, or any Top Teir gas station really, to keep your engine from getting buildup. I don't think it works well with cleaning your engine, at least not quickly, but if you make a point to always get Top Tier gas I think you're doing yourself a favor. It's hard NOT to find Top Tier gas stations these days though.

    I've used both and had better results with Techron

    They sell Seafoam in the auto care section of the local Albertson's for $18 a can, lol. Most auto parts stores it's around $8 or $10. I've started using Lucas brand, can get a gallon jug of it for about $12
