Let me know if you are unable to find a buyer. I am rebuilding my 20+ year old X-Cargo carrier and my scissor hinges are toast! I would consider buying your carrier but mine is a larger version and I plan to mount it in the bed under a canoe carrier.

I plan to use my old X-Cargo in the bed of my Taco on an elevated platform that will allow placing longer items like paddles & life jackets underneath.

I've completed the elevated platform (2X6 boards & marine grade plywood) which incorporates a homemade dual kayak carrier (carrier is constructed of 3/4" natural gas pipe) mounted on the platform . When finished, I'll be able to carry 2 kayaks, have a fairly large dry cargo storage area, and have space for other miscellaneous items that do not have to be protected from the elements. The only thing left to do is spray paint the dissembled X-Cargo flat black to match the platform and reassemble.
