I would like to disable the seatbelt alarm and a 2017 Toyota Tacoma 4 x 4?

The dealer should be able to disable it for you, just have to ask them.

Get one or two of these--shuts off the alarm when you are not wearing the belt, and makes it a lot easier to connect the silly thing when you need to...

buy a buckle on Amazon to make the truck think you have your seatbelt on. sorry it isn't as easy as the 2nd gen, just hold the odometer button and stick your seatbelt in and you can turn it off.

ask the dealer to disable it on your service visit, shouldnt be an issue. Agree with using the search function as well, it will help you because there's likely several other things you're going to want to address on your first visit as well. Trans fluid, software update, hood flex, rear diff level, A-arm tsb, etc

I noticed that too but I’ve used Carista to change options on my 2016 and 2017 without issues.

Cool, have you tried to use the "advanced" diagnostics functionality?

Most dealers won't disable the seat belt alarm due to legal reasons. You can try, but Carista might be your best bet.
