Bought this seatbelt extender for my 2016 Tacoma (driver and passenger). Not sure if this will fit 2nd gens. I don't recommend driving unbuckled, but if you do a lot of in-n-out driving in slow speed limit areas, this product works great and it's a cheap & instant chime fix. It's seems to be built well and the thickness of the metal buckle is OEM in appearance.
