I purchased a 1999 Tacoma PreRunner Extended Cab two days ago. The areas of concern are mostly aesthetic. I'd like some recommendations of seat covers. Do some fit over the existing fabric tight enough that they don't sag after a period of time? At some point I'd like to have the seats redone, but budget now isn't allowing for that. Also the carpet needs to be replaced. Please comment. Thank you all.

Well, they do make seat covers that fit perfectly over the seats without stretching BUT for the price id say you're better off redoing the seats completely.

As for the carpet, don't bother replacing. (Unless you've got holes, what exactly is wrong with it?) if it's just stains you're worried about, pull the entire carpet out and pressure wash the carpet after spraying some sort of carpet cleaner in there. I'll bet you it comes out looking brand new.

A lift, some wheels, some tires, some performance, some cosmetic and then audio.
I run Wet Okoles neoprene/wet suit style seat covers. Looks great and fits nice. Can get custom logo added, only part I don't like even though the full piping looks the best it the piping will wear over time and fray.
