I'm betting your wires look like mine did in my 1st picture... messy.
I'd do it though, relatively cheap mod ($30) and makes life a WHOLE lot less stressful if you have to go hunting around for something that isn't working/blew

Ah, plan on having your truck out of commission for at least a full day.
I'll be doing my Dad's 2002 Tacoma here in the next week or two w/ Dynamat again

    Your carpet that bad?
    Mine scrubbed out REAL nice.
No stains anymore, the only issue I have is where my left foot rests by the clutch. That pad is ripping up & I'm too lazy to research what to replace it with

After nearly a month of back and forth emails with Custom Parts Depot (vendor that sold me the lights through Amazon) I finally got my 3030 lumen D2s.

I bought the lights originally (advertised as 3030 lumen) but I received 2600 lumen D2s instead. Apparently I had noticed a large mistake on D2s portion, where they packaged the 3030 D2s in old 2600 lumen packaging... that's what the rep from Custom Parts Depot told me-- I didn't really buy it when he said it. He was getting Rigid Industries to send me a new set so it didn't matter too much if I bought that excuse for the issue or not.

I'll test em when it gets dark and see the difference between the two, if any.
I do have to say that the rep was EXTREMELY helpful when it came to communication between his company, Rigid Industries, and myself. It was a bit of a PITA to take care of this issue, but all in all good customer service as well as the exchanging of the product made me label this experience a positive one, or more so NOT a negative one.
