Seeking advice, A/C vibrates on high setting

Uniden CB, Magnaflow 18" exhaust, Rear tire carrier, sway bar removed, spidertrax 1.25" spacers, Wheelers 16" Alloys w/265/75r16 Goodyear DuraTracs
    Please help. I have a 05 Tacoma, and recently when I switch the A/C on high It makes a high vibrating humming noise, and I can feel a vibration in the steering wheel and pedals. This only happens on the highest setting. Is this as simple as recharging the A/C or is the compressor going out?

    check for a mouse in the blower wheel.
