Yeah, I am just going off of rumors here.

Besides, don't prototypes get made directly by the engineers and not by manufacturing? I would think they would have taken a Tundra frame and then taken it to the engine manufacturer (Hino, CAT, Detroit, International, etc...), and had them fit it in correctly for testing.

Like I said, all of this is rumor untill it happens. ;)

I was just curious who was going to actually make it to SEMA this year. I don't even know how to get in - otherwise, I would LOVE to go for 2008. :D

NDCOUCH, you cant just pay and get in this is a dealer show with a car show open to the public thats about it. Your place of business has to have a booth or be on the list as a attendy or alumni of a previous year to be able to get in.

I wasn't aware of that. My buddy asked me if i wanted to go with him one time. I guess he was just reffering to the car show part. As far as i could tell it was just a car show and i thought you just paid to get in? Is that not right?

From what i understand you pay to get in to the car show but you need to have a pass to get into the convention center to see all the booths and venders

Yeah, I would be okay seeing the cars, but I am really interested in the booths/vendors. Especially anything to do with new diesels coming out...
