Original problem started with a bad cell/replaced battery but, due to low voltage this kicked my steering angle sensor no longer any good. Replaced with new but tech stream shows per readout -3072.0 degrees still after replacing new part these images below are what is currently happening Im not sure where to start.. driving for 10 minutes or so the VSC intermittently shows up once or twice on dash and then the pre-collision kicks on along with the trailer brake. They can be cleared but will appear after a short drive.
maybe this forum could lend some help!..

    Reset memory.
Make sure steering wheel is straight with no force on it from you or tires.
Drive with straight wheel for 10 feet. Stop.
Turn ign off. Turn on and run reset.

    Nope
    Do not turn the wheel.
Keep it straight. Trying to take tension off the steering
Just roll forward with the wheel straight
    Again for tension.
    Clear all codes after.
If that does not work you may have to do a sensor test also.
    One thing at a time

    Ok different code
Set up the exact same way as before.
    Set parking brake
    Clear all the codes
    Do a signal test
    Redo 0 point.
Double check no codes before you drive it.

    Roll 10 feet first
    Shut off
Ignition on and run test mode.
    Forces ecu to talk

Should I have downhill assist even if the VSC and pre collision along with trailer brake malfunction light up the cluster per steering?

Do you have a switch over head or somewhere that will say DAC or similar?
Just checking. If not don’t worry about it. If you do it has to be on for your resets.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds

If you can get the FSM, follow all the procedures listed for a steering angle sensor replacement. It’ll explain the menus to press and what to do. Sadly I can’t be much help right now, out of town with family stuff this weekend

For these different tests in the utility selection menu- ABS/VSC/Trac per reset memory, test mode, and signal check. What exactly needs to be done first, how each one requires a specific key on and key off cycle or a driving procedure needs to be done during.
