Impressive.... I haven't done that yet. Reason being is my shocks fully extended are only 26". My droop is more than that with the shackle flip at around 30" and I don't want to overextend my shocks. Just make sure you're good on length;)

Good looking out, Rick! Yeah, my rears are the Icon 56503R-EXT VS Series Remote Reservoir Rear Shock set for 2.5"-3.5" Lift.
According to the specs, they measure 15.9" collapsed and 26.8" extended; so if the shackle flip gives 30" of droop, my limiting factor has got to be the shocks.

Will definitely need to be careful to avoid fast drops/dips.
No jumps for this Baja!

I'll take a closer look tomorrow, and let you know. TBH, I haven't checked it out much since the install this past weekend.

Mine still have a slight u-shaped bend and are not completely flat. Do you have a lot of weight in your bed?

Yeah, shock relocate with longer shocks would be optimal. But, that's a lot of work and a lot more money. LOL!

Nice truck! I have been looking into some Mickey Thompson Atz's for a while now. What are your thoughts on them? I am also a little stuck on the size to get. I am running a 265/70R16. Did you do any modifications to get the size you have to fit?

    Thanks, man.
I really like my Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ P3's. They are a bit on the heavy side since they are load range E, but a solid hybrid between an all terrain and mud terrain tire. Not loud on the roads compared to the Mickey Thompson MTZ, Goodyear Duratrax, or Goodyear MTR; but still provided decent traction off road.
They aren't a true mud terrain so the thick mud does get caught in between the tread; but spin the wheels fast enough, the mud will release. Also, airing down helps for better traction and softer ride off road.
The mods I did to fit my 285's include removal of the front mud flaps, CMC, and the pinch weld mod. The CMC and pinch weld mod are needed when off roading. I also have to get my alignment specific to my needs to obtain around a 4.2 degree caster while zeroing out the camber and toe (or close to it). Oh, and my suspension lift also helps with the clearance and travel. No rubbing at all the way it sits right now. Hope this helps!

Recent upgrades: Timbren front bumpstops, and replaced the 1.25" billet aluminum wheel spacers to the black anodized Spidertrax.

Have some updates...check out IG: seoulja99

Had to add spacers for the shackle flip.

Also, need to get rid of the OEM rear bumper and tow hitch receiver, AMP Research bed step, and a Bullaculla tow harness relocation bracket.

Thinking of changing out my BakFlip tonneau cover with a camper shell...either ARE, Leer, or SnugTop...I'll take whatever I can get that's used...or order exactly what I want from a local vendor. We'll see...

Oh, but the Pelfreybilt standard rear bumper with swingout and Baja Designs S2's are nice!!!

    Photo dump
AllPro Standard leaf packs needed a spacer on each side.

Notice the longer thread of the bottom bolt...

    After

Oh, and here's the before, during, and after for the Pelfreybilt Standard Rear Bumper with swingout gate. I added the camera relocation mounts and the hi-lift mounts.

    And here's the before
    IMG_2943.jpg

    During
    IMG_2946.jpg IMG_2985.jpg

    After

I centered the camera more, but my wiring was a bit short...so, I may look into extending it some day later. For now, it does it's job. Good thing my Kenwood head unit provides lines to help me gauge the distance when I back-up. And I kind of wish Pelfreybilt provided their optimal location for the camera mount, but...oh well. I ended up busting one of my self-tapping screws, but the first one is solid and it's not going anywhere.

Did u have to apply a spacer for the front of the leaf spring mounts too? I did the same thing but i still hear a popping sound still. Havent really inspected it yet.

Spacers were only added to the front. Archive Garage squared me away with quick and quality service.

No popping noise(s) for me. Maybe torque down the nuts a bit more? I dunno.

So you still need to get @bullaculla trailer plug harness relocator for the rear bumper?
