I occasionally get the popping sound too. The torque specs are 89ftlbs on these bolts. Wouldn't want to go any tighter. Might cause binding. I'm not worried about the sound though. I've checked it and it's solid after a few months already. You can try ask @ARCHIVE

Hey, it's possible the front of the rear spring is popping around. You might be able to see gaps if you look up in the front hangers, probably a good idea to get spacers in there, that's where all the torque is transmitted to move the vehicle, from axle to spring to frame.

Leafs looked and functioned very well. Are you looking for a photo? If so, I'll have to dig that up.

The only issue I have with the Pelfrey swingout is the fact the the Gate release pin for the swingout protrudes out the side of the truck. Wouldn't be too hard to smash/damage that pin release off by glancing off a tree/hill. I mentioned that to Satin awhile back and she said they were in for a redesign down the road...

We'll see how it goes. I needed something for a full size spare. Which reminds me, I need to rotate my tires. LOL.

I've come to realize that AllPro leaf spring packs just look like that.

I'm sure mine are about the same.

Mines looks exactly the same with the archive flip kit. Smh. Should of saved a bit more and gotten the deavers or OME leaf packs. Ahhh but shipping was super cheap.

I think a shackle flip would flatten out those springs even more
