Ok, so this was originally in the food section but it got no replies. basically, share your kick ass chili recipe. i know i can find about a billion chili recipies on google, but i'm looking for a good blue ribbon signature pot of chili. i've noticed alot of people use canned maters and chili's but i want to use as much good fresh ingredients as possible. so if you have a recipe you think deserves a blue ribbon, lemme hear it. i'm looking for something that will burn my asshole on the way out but i dont want it so hot i cant taste any of the other flavors (i hate when food is so hot all you can taste is burning taste buds.)
