    That is correct, I really battle for you guys. Other dealers and sources have a minimum price in the 160s fwiw and i know of one that sells it at that. All the others are in the 220 mark

    I believe the Sm H500 5 channel hybrid amp would be an amazing amp for guys to utilize in their trucks
    Its 90x4 class AB, 500@2 ohms class D are relatively small considering and comes with an attractive price point.
    @gearcruncher runs this amp in his truck and can definitely provide feedback from an audiophiles perspective.

    I have the H500 and will admit that its a well built beast in a small package . The benefit of the amp is the hybird design . You get the a/b for the front channels and the d channel for the subwoofer all in a small footprint that fits well behind the rear seat .
    Going with this new technology eliminates having to run two different amps in a small space but sounds just as good if not better than any twin amp set up in the same power range .
    It also reduces the amount of wiring from the battery. That becomes a pain when you have to run multiple runs of wiring to a couple different amps
