I to enjoy the BS. Some weeks I only see the Amazon driver if anyone at all. So it's nice to know life is still going on outside my little homestead.

Spoiler: Snow Plow

Is this something you could make out of aluminum? I know it's super complex and small.

It's a Snow Plow for a Hot Wheels.

 

I live about 4 miles from town but on my days off I go to town 3-4 times a day to get a fountain soda, and I think part of it is just seeing people for a few minutes...but being able to walk away is nice too.

 

I really really like sodas.

 

I'm not too much for mixing makes either...

On the other hand a 472 Cadillac producing over 500 ft/lb of torque in a GM truck made for a really nice towing vehicle.

Or a Ford roadster with the beautiful & distinctive Buick "Nailhead" V8.



The mid size 401 cubic inch engine produced a respectably 325 hp and a staggering 445 ft/lb of torque - you can have fun with that.

 

I don't mind the peace. I have my dog for company, and TW for entertainment. I usually go to town once a week, but if not given a reason to go I can stay away from town for several weeks.

 

I sometimes go for days without speaking to anyone except Mrs Green, I'm good with that.

 

That is precisely what this was.

Now I can't hold it over their head that my wife and kid both backed into the garage door.

 

I can relate to that. That’s why I come to TW to refreshing my English .

We had a hell of a storm come through yesterday, heavy rain- 3.8”, high winds, small tornado or straight line winds that caused some damage in the area. River flooding through the weekend. No damage at my house and the kid's house.

@Jtcmedic @Hunterdc1 looks like the storm front is holding together and headed your way today. Hold on!

 

I’ve started dumpster diving, I went out just now and found a nice looking pump then realized I threw it in there yesterday
