Shopping for 1st Tacoma

Great forum. I've already started a list of mods for when I get the new truck. I'm looking at getting a double cab short bed, auto V6, super white, with the TRD package in the next 60-90 days.

I was agonizing over that choice last night. I really like the look of the hood scoop, but I want the locking differential. I finally decided to go with the off road package. Maybe I'll find a super white sport package hood and swap them......

This place is amazing, especially all the mods everyone has done and posted. I have a long list of them I want to do as soonb as I get my truck.

I have that exact truck--double cab short bed, auto V6, super white with TRD offroad package. It's a 2009. I absolutely love it!! Plus white looks dead sexy with some black accents. And I don't see too many other people with that same truck (then again, I do live in Alaska...). Good luck with your mods--my first project for mine is going to be the Satoshi grille, looks especially nice on the white trucks I think Post a pic of your new truck when you get it!

 

I want to go with the Super White and matte black accents, like the wheels and rear bumper (powdercoat). Looking at the Leer for the puppy.
