Short bed converted to Long bed????

    Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
    I've owned a DCSB and DCLB and you're right, many times 5' just won't due. A bed extended helps on that rare occasion, then you have to trip over it in the other 364 days in the year, I eventually sold it. Moving kids to and from college and having to haul a mattress was the worst. I eventually bought my DCLB Sport and a 5x10' utility trailer.

    Modifying one, wires will be too short, brake lines too short, drive shaft too short, frame too short, exhaust too short, and the fuel filler will be in the wrong spot ..... way too much work!
