Short bed vs long bed looks.

Long bed all day long for the looks. Even though mine is 12" smaller... does size matter??

 

Theres a crew cab dodge down the street from me with what appears to be a frickin 8 plus plus plus foot bed. Reminds me of this.

 

I always thought it would be fun to take some wrecked tacos and make an Access Cab short bed. Better yet, a single cab short bed, though that would definitely require some frame mods, or just a custom frame.

 

You mean something like this ? Haha guys are paying money to convert these MegaCab Dodges to an 8ft bed. They only only come with a 6ft with this cab.

 

There has been a few Tundra’s converted too.

YES! It's not the mega cab but whatever you call the next step down with he 4 doors. It's a frickin limo.

Yeah, when we park next to a full size pickup with whatever Tacoma your driving we look small. Both 5 and 6 foot bed Tacomas look good.
My buddy just bought a 2020 GMC 3500 diesel, can tow over 20,000 lbs and put over 4500 lbs in the bed.

 

Lol who are they trying to fool with that breakover angle.

 

Who wore it better?

 

The worst dog ever for off roading, though it has an excellent departure angle. I choose the dog.

 

10 pages on the look of our trucks? Haven't read all of this thread, but I'll put in my nickel.....unfortunately, ya can't get them no more....regular cab, short bed with a lift.

 

It is a shame they’ve done away with the reg cab.
