I like the look of the short box. However if I hauled more stuff I would have gone with the long box.

For me it's all about ease of use, utility and security. The long box, for me, is a better fit. With my Undercover I can fit more in and remain secure. As for turning/parking the access cab has the shorter wheel base = easier...can't get the regular cab in Canada. And, since it's just my wife and I, we don't need seating beyond 2 people.

And we can put our tail gate down to load even more stuff. Your point just became moot.

I wasn't a fan of the "long" bed, but now that I have one, I love it and it is more proportional.

I think the short bed looks badass, i think i would probably like a midsized bed, but i don't like the way the long bed looks, though it would be way more funtional.

The short bed makes it look like a short bus.

I love the look of my DC long box, especially with the Lund tonneau cover on it. JMHO

Longer box so for the utility/versatility.

Don't want to highjack this thread but I really like that colour with the black rims. I am thinking a paint job is in order for my silver Taco.

A box is a box, either short stroke it or long stroke it. I say both.

If we are talking about looks I like the shorts beds with a 3" lift. 6" is a little to much I think on a short bed. Now a long bed with a 6" looks mean as hell if it's done right!!!

If i didnt need the long bed to haul my lawn equiptment, i would have went with a short bed. Short beds are waaayyy more sexier especially on access cab and double cabs.

i want to buy an access cab short bed just because of how pretty they look.

2 taco's means ill never go hungry. :D
