no cause i would already have the off road version. seeing if it would make a difference between the sport and the offroad version and if it worth it.

You should look at the Ridgeline.

Do the math to see if it's worth it.

My guess is that you could probably add front and rear lockers to your sport and even regear for less money than you would lose on trading up.

You'll lose a few grand on your trade and have to spend a grand or so more on the new one.

With the hit you're going to take just buy the lockers and stick with your sport. Like you I wish I would have gotten an off road but taking the loss on the truck I have now would make no sense.

Do you plan on keeping this truck for a long time, like more than 12 years? If yes, than maybe it makes more sense to trade it, since whatever hit you take is spread out and you are getting what you need. Like others have said, if you get caught up in wanting a more perfect vehicle, you might not ever get there.
If the lockers are all you want, adding them to the Sport sound like the way to go - good luck.

5th post and already going the extra mile to help another member- nice!
IMO- never trust a computer coin flip with such an important decision - ;)

Never trusted that 8 ball either, too ambiguous to trust with my "future"

yeah im planning on probably keeping it more than 12 years. I'm gonna just stick to the sport for now until something better comes along. maybe buy lockers and regear at the same time.
