Sliding shelf so I can keep all the headroom and use the full length to lay down. Acts as a nice little table too if you want to hangout back there, even with company!

Did you post somewhere what options you chose?
I know you said some are not in the catalog. I want to call one of the local ARE reps to get a ballpark cost. Then sell my ARE MX and buy one, if feasible
    Thanks Joe.

I don't think you will have any luck with your local dealer , it is a lot better to talk to ARE directly and then your local dealer.
Here's my original quote options. Radius front and straight side were added after I spoke to them directly

That's super clean I like it. Are all those mounts available commercially or did you fab those?

Building mine for cross country turkey hunting trips.. The shell is actually off of a Gen 1, but i cut the door and made it fit, because it was free.. Yak and bike will be on the ladder rack..

Can't wait to get it on the road!

Do quickfists include everything to mount to the rail, or you need a T-slot nut as well? Also, wondering what that setup is you have holding the hi lift? Thanks. Looks like a good setup.

    You'll need t-slot nuts & they're wickedly overpriced.

the very beginning of my comping setup. I decided to only put the platform over half the bed because I need the other side for one or two bikes. Still wanna add a bunch of other things but that will come down the road

Just bought the Leer yesterday so looking for ideas and setups to use it for some backwoods camping. Got a stupid deal on the Decked system so I couldn't pass that up.
