Very clean. I 100% need more tie downs in my 2nd gen. My things are ratcheted to whatever I can hook to. Mostly my shell clamps and bed rail hooks.

That's called a Waterport. It's a pressurized source of potable water for showers, and things like that. I'm not sure if it's suitable for dispensing drinking water, but I suppose you could use it do your dishes in camp, clean fish, etc.

    https://thewaterport.com/

They run sales at BJ's and Costco sometimes.

Oh that's awesome, quite a step up from poking a hole in the side of a gallon of water for a faucet

LOL, been there, done that.

Like any other interest, there is a whole waterport subculture! Some people build them out of PVC pipe. I plan on doing that myself. Most use a compressor and a simple valve system to pressurize them. A buddy of mine on here in Texas recently built one and at the last minute he added a cheap RV on-demand 12v water pump. The video he showed me was damn impressive. He was able to use a regular hose nozzle and shoot water across his year like 30'.

The only drawback to any of these is using them in the winter depending on the climate where you live may pose a problem. It could freeze. One way to avoid this would be to use a nontoxic antifreeze, diluted just enough to keep it from happening. I would not do this with kids, and you have to make sure you only use it for showers. People, myself included, use it to winterize our pools. I put 4 gallons in my lines and skimmers.

If you find yourself staying at places that provide water you can just fill up daily. Painting the PVC black and mounting it or using it on the outside of the truck will warm it up too. Or, you can get fancy and get a portable on-demand propane water heater shower kit. For $125 it could mean the difference between you sleeping in the bed when you get home with the wife or on the couch.

I will most likely never camp in the summer because I can't stand heat, humidity, and bugs. So all of these considerations I mentioned above are definitely on my list. I'm way too old to do the baby wipe weekend camping anymore.

The tank on the right is a waterport, just under 4gal of pressurized water.
When the tiedowns are removed this is all that is left.

Here’s mine. Recently condensed from 3 boxes to 2. Took out a bunch of redundant tools and stuff I never use and found a way to stow rarely used recovery gear behind the spare.ACB47BA7-ECE6-4E74-8B42-A5D8BB80F185.jpg

Any idea about what pressure these run?

Very low. You really only need to mimic a home water feed and most are 40 psi, if you're on well. If you're building one, any type of PVC will work if you use a RV pump. You also only need a fill opening and house spigot discharge. The pump is installed to that, then a regular nozzle.

I was considering converting a backpack sprayer to run a garden hose nozzle. A new one. (Anyone with the same idea, do not use a sprayer you’ve had chemicals in. Odds are you won’t get the chemicals completely out of the tank.)

They run about 12PSI fully charged so I was curious about these. I just need something to rinse off muddy boots or sandy feet at the end of the day.

Fishing poles, tackle boxes, jumper cables, etc. Put a roof rack on off of a junk 4Runner and tied the shelf into it. The hello kitty bag has ear muffs in it for when we go shooting. This way when the kids want to go fishing all we need is worms.

My favorite pic is the last one but that roof rack idea is pretty slick! What model year 4Runner? I ultimately want to do something very similar to this and the roof rack with the ribs like that would be perfect to mount a flexible solar panel to and a sheet of plexi to the cross bars to protect it.
