That is exactly what I am looking to do. The black on mine is line-x so the topper will likely outlive the truck.

So, I have questions. I have a LEER top with no tracks that I want to mount a rack on for carrying plywood and occasionally an awning. I'm looking at using L-track from uscargocontrol.com (like @Crom has.) with end caps. My intention is to use a Prinsu rack for my cap as this will match my cabrack and will support my awning. 1st Question. Will I need extra support of some kind under the shell to support the weight of 4-5 sheets of plywood? 2nd Question. Would I be better served with a totally flat rack, other than a prinsu (Safari rack?) 3rd. Question. How would the (foot) section of the rack attach to the L-track? Am I overthinking this? I've also thought about buying a rack system that mounts on the sides of the cap like on a utility/contractor cap. Thank you in advance.

Got my set of ARE keys from a camper shell retailer. I called ARE with the shell serial number and they provided the key number. With the number given you should be able to get a set of keys from a nearby retailer. Cost me $10 for a key.

A dealer will be able to give you a set, each cylinder is numbered. Etrailer.com may be able to send a set with that info as well.

After 5+ months of searching, finally i found the perfect canopy for my truck.
used Leer 100XR with removable/sliding front window, pet screen, carpet liner and color matched. Canopy is "prestine"! So flawless! IMG_7714.jpg

Tell me about it. I was driving locally and saw a guy with a white dcsb with a black topper, I was in a hurry so I couldn't chase him down. I'll probably never see him again.

Exactly :D I'm all about saving money and getting good deals. Most of the big item stuff on my truck is second hand, or I got on sale.

Thanks! It wasn't my original plan, but the cap I bought was black, so I just kinda went with it.

I really like the rack that you made. Would you mind if I ask for the supply list and possible measurements. I have a prinsu on my cabrack as well and need one for my shell to haul plywood and occasionally my awning. In addition I need to get some rails to mount this too. I'm thinking of using aluminum ones from uscargocontrol. Thank you in advance.

Here's the thread I followed! I can't take credit for any of the idea. Give it a good read and it should answer any questions. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out and how easy it is to use.
