Yea, sort of but you've already made the choice. I was just trying to point out to him (the OP) to not disregard any type that do stick out.

I walked away with a fractured metacarpal bone in my hand. Thank you, it could easily have been worse.

I am super impressed with the build and quality of my new SOS Offroad sliders. Picked them up during their Labor Day sale and drove down last week to get them. I ordered bare metal, so I don't have pictures of them on my truck just yet as I am still in the prep/paint process. SUPER beefy and I love the angles compared to the Ipor that are on the family 4Runner.

cali raised 0 degree. Even helped when a lady backed into my passenger front. Just left a few scratches. Pushed her rear bumper in.

I think zero degrees makes more sense. Then they serve two purposes. Especially if you have little ones or shorter legs.

I love my Caliraised sliders, though when I bought mine the fill plates are riveted on. Someday I think I'll upgrade so I can keep my color matched fill plates looking good.

That said, the fill plates that I painted quicksand are holding up WAAAAY better than I would have expected.

Not quite the easiest thing to install but very rewarding once it's on. Haha :)

True. I like when I look at my watch after 4 or 5 hours and think to myself "I want to meet that guy that said under 2 hours". :jerkoff:

Why not? I'm not in the market, but I'm curious...

@Mobtown Offroad will not let you down. Their lead time is normally out there but soooo worth the wait.

I've already got BAMF sliders... Pretty sure my sliders can kick your slider's ass.

If I didn't get such a rocking deal on my sliders, I probably would have gone Mobtown. However, that lead time would have been the death of me.

    Nu Uh! Poopy Face!

Yea, I waited, yea, it was a tough wait, but I prefer the attention to detail smaller shops provide. I also like being able to drive there to pick my items up, even though shipping is included in the cost. I prefer being a face, and not just a number.

I fell like as long as you are getting a quality product for a decent price and are happy, then you can pretty much get what you need anywhere. If shipping costs add 2 or 3 hundred then that eliminates the probability to pay for powder coating. Then, I have to question freight shipping with powder coating.

If only I could weld. :angrygirl:
