Yeah it was a no brainer. To buy wires and crimping tools would put me way over $200

Do the overland equipped aux fuse blocks allow you to run power straight from the fuse block to a switch (or constant power) of an accessory? I am relatively new to the electrical side of things.

Yet... because you NEVER say shit like that out loud. It’s like saying it’s not going to rain today.

ooh, just took a look at yours - that 3rd mounting spot is a nice idea. mine has been wobbling around a bit so i might try to tie into the same spot.

    Minor stuff.
Installed mine today. Tomorrow I will wire the fog lights to it. Now how does the wiring work? I see the positive bank numbered but the negative bank isn’t. Does it matter which terminal I use for the negative? Does it have to be on the same side as the positive side?

Clearly you’re not a novice to wiring, just a word of warning though. Those led fuse blocks sometimes pass power even without the fuse.
If you haven’t tested for it yet, might be worth it. I pulled the led circuit board out when I had one like that to make it impossible to pass power. The one I had, basically defeated the purpose of the fuse but worked great with the led board bypassed completely.

    Understood.
I have had no issues so far with fuse block. To be on the safe side I have a relay that powers the the 6x relay(black box inside the project box) only when the AUX is turned. The 4x relay(blue relays inside the project box) is powered from the battery. Note, it is wireless so I can turn on lights while outside of the truck.

Yeah I think I remember you posting that somewhere else. It’s a great looking system! I just try to send a warning anytime I see those led fuse boxes. I’m sure 99% have no issues but it’s too easy to test proper functioning to not throw a word out when I see them.

thanks for advice oostroma. I guessed keeping everything on the side side was the way to do it but just wanted to be sure.
I am using 8 ga wire. It’s what came with the kit.

That should be ok if you don't occupy every circuit and turn them all on. Just keep that in mind when adding lights.
