My absolutely fearless 3 year old son has climbed the ladder without my knowledge a time or two, and then we both freak out when I find him up there. I've thought about railing for the open section of the loft, but I currently spend so little time in the loft is not worth it. We'll see if I end up putting my reloading bench up there or not.

You need a mid rise lift now. So much potential.

I'm a mechanic at a used car lot. If I need a lift I can use it whenever I'm not working.

Not a huge fan of the mid lift's I feel like I'm hunched over rather just lay on my back. Great for brakes, n wheels/tires tho

Didn't realize I was preaching to the choir. Carry on. Lift of my own was a must.

Don't get me wrong I'd love a lift of my own. I just want a little building of my own to sell cars out of and I want to put it in there

Yes, a building of your own is a must.

Note: The wife will ask to temporarily ask to store some stuff for her. DO NOT ALLOW THIS!

I don't have a home shop but I do own (well 25% of the business) a nice cabinet shop.

Little video of the woodworking side. not shown our paint/finishing side offices and storage for the my business partners construction company.
