    I just cut out the grill part in the lower valence. It was a bit of a tight fit after that, and it required a little force to get the bar in there, but it fit. The plastic has a little give to it so it will somewhat conform to accept the light bar. Then we made L brackets and drilled and tapped those into the top of the crash bar arms and bolted the stock L brackets that came with the bar to the L brackets bolted to the crash bar. Easy peasy and rock solid.
