how do I insert a pic

 

When in edit mode, there are icons for inserting images/links in the menu bar. If you scroll down, you can also choose to click the button for attaching files, which show as clickable thumbnails.

 

still not sure what you mean how from the reply screen where is the edit mode I am not the sharpest tool in the box obviously

 

Click <post reply>
Scroll down and click <Manage Attachments> 'opens attachments window'
Click <browse> 'opens up a file dialog box'
Seach and select the file you want. The file should be <= 97kb. 'This brings you back to attachments window'
Click <upload>
Close the attachments window and continue with post
