Enjoying my Snugtop. From Death Valley to the High Sierra's, the cap just works without issues. Snugtop dealer in Long Beach (Orange + Spring St) is top notch, best service and fair prices; Alan and his pop run a great shop!

Hey guys, these are some great looking trucks. I've been contemplating a shell/cap/top whatever you want to call it, and I think I'll be leaning toward a SnugTop when the time comes to make the purchase. I did check out a shop in Tucson that sold multiple brands, and I must say the SnugTops looked to be top-notch.

Just one question for SnugTop - are you guys able to match every stock Tacoma paint color? I've got a Spruce Mica rig that looks to be a difficult color to match. Just curious.

    Hey Joel,

    Good question.

    Yes!

As long as it is a STOCK factory color from Toyota we should not have a problem painting your shell/cap/top (They are all correct) :)

We look forward to building your shell soon!

Here is my 2014 Super Sport, cost of $2,650. I would have to say not everyone is enjoying their SnugTop.[IMG]

Looks nice! Can't say I could stomach that type of cost. Glad I got mine used.

I wanted a SnugTop because of the quality assurance and fit. The closest dealer was 190 miles from my house so I made the drive to get a quality shell. This is one way, making a round trip 380 miles which takes a work day away when driving there for repairs.

I have had a lot of problems with the Shell from day one. The shell had to go back to SnugTop because there were pieces of white fiberglass between the clear-coat and paint . The brake light had a LED go out and it had to be replaced. This was when the paint came off around the brake light. The front fold down window seal went out and it had to be replaced too. This all happened in less than 6 months from purchase. This SnugTop has been a great disappoint and is a case in which I did not get what I paid for. You can see some of these photos on my member page. [IMG]

Maybe it is just a problem with the 2014s or the Super Sports.
