Thanks Joe....Looks great! I special ordered a new Taco TRD Sport LB over the weekend. None in stock in SoCal with my specs apparently but got a great "Costco invoice" deal I think. Dealer says should be here in 12 weeks.

I decided I'll hold off ordering the Rebel until the truck arrives.

    Mark,

Did your truck come in? What color did you order? Did you end up ordering a SnugTop?

Hi Joel, yes. Truck came in early (mid April). Shell came in about 2 weeks ago. All set now though!

Looked into adding pet screens today. Too much money! Will look into a heavier duty screen for my regular sliding screens.

Always liked red. Science has proven that red Tacos are actually the fastest. Which is okay with me because it clears the highway of troopers for us slow green Tacos.

Ha! I actually have the same frustration with my Spruce Mica rig. Most folks think its black if its not in the sunlight. :frusty:

Picked up my Rebel yesterday :) Very happy with the fit and finish except for the bed rail cover :(

    exposedfiberglass.jpg

Fiberglass is exposed all the way around, some places there's already chips formed from shipping. Anyone else with a Rebel have this issue? I'm going to contact the dealer tomorrow. 240 mile round trip to pick it up :(

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Rebel. I haven't had the same experience with mine. I hope the dealer and/or SnugTop makes things right for you.

I picked up my Rebel about 6 weeks ago. I looked up under the bedrail this morning and mine also is just fiberglass, but it doesn't look bad at all. I wound't have even noticed had I not read your post. Perhaps the cut wasn't as precise on yours as it should have been.
