I have a 2000 taco, V6 Auto, 4x4. When engine is in drive and i am stoped, the truck shutters enough to make me worry. Move the shifter to neutral or park, shutter goes away. Any ideas on what this could be?

sounds like it could be some bad spark or even a vacuum leak. I would check for some hoses that are loose or cracked near the throttle body or underneath it. I put a spacer on there once and a hose accidentally came off and it was missing on one cylinder.

Or it could always be the tranny or a fuel pump. Take your pick

If your going to change the plugs, change the wires, it's not that much more money and another piece of the puzzle will be eliminated. When at the parts store buy some hose so you could start replacing some lines that look suspicious. Fuel injector cleaner would also be a good purchase, lets say you did lose a cylinder b/c of a bad plug or wire, you will have some kind of build up in that cyl. The fuel cleaner will help that getting removed quicker than just driving.
