I am not sure of the laws in colorado, I will def be starting a build thread when parts start showing up on the door step. I did get lucky in that no airbags went off and the doors still work close to perfect.
as soon as i get back to CO i am going to take hydraulic ram to the back of the cab and the passengers side pillar to try to get then semi pushed out at least enough to get glass back in them
I am looking forward to building it, but if co laws won't let me build it, then i think i will latch onto a mid 90's 4 runner or pickup and throw the engine out of the 07 in there.

Kick the roof back out as much as you can. Fiberglass one piece hood and fenders, fiberglass bedsides. Cage it front to rear. Long travel it.

I've always said if I roll my truck, I'm going to cut the roof off, remove the doors, and cage it.

Just like a Jeep without it's top.

    Most mall crawlers don't! :p

Every time we put the key in the Jeep is like playing Russian roulette.

Depending how close to original you are intending to make the truck I would be careful with a port-a-power. If you stretch the metal too far you can't undo it. If all you're trying to do is get the glass to fit, at least for now I'd take it to a few body shops. Other than that it doesn't look too bad. If the windshield is not cracked, and all the lights, brakes, etc still work fine you should be able to pass the salvage safety checks without bashing an eyelid. It looks to me like they salvaged it for repair cost not structural or suspension damage.

The windshield frame is a little caved in on passengers side, I used to do auto glass and getting a new windsheild won't be too big of a hassle, just going to have to take it to the wetsander for a while
And yeah, the claims adjuster quit inspecting when he broke the 20 thousand mark in body damage alone! He didn't even look at the chassis.

Sorry to hear about your truck. Glad your okay! Glass fenders would make your truck look funny without LT though.

X2. For every part you damage in a crash, there's a hardcore rock crawler who removed it on purpose. :)
