Saturday night turning up my street I drove through where a skunk recently sprayed or multiple had, the whole damn block reeked. I parked my truck and went inside.
Note I did not hit or even see the skunk just drove through the "cloud"

Getting into my truck after work today the smell is still very pungent and 2 coworkers failed to believe my skunk story and insisted I had some "green" in the console
I don't partake in that stuff but if I got pulled over I wouldn't blame the officer not buying the skunk story

Anything I can do? I just tried fabreeze but can't air the truck out because I park on the street

    Thanks

Change the cabin air filter. Could be some gunm trapped in there.

Febreeze and leave the windows down for a few hours.

If that doesn’t work you could have a detailer steam the interior.

Sprayed down the fa-breeze last night, no smell on the drive to work

But after sitting in the sun all day it now smells like stale beer and ass with a touch of fa-breeze

Pretty frustrating since I never even hit the fucker

Airing it out now in hopes that the wildfire smoke will take over

Also going to pick up a cabin air filter before I drop $18 on the frigi fresh

Change the cabin air filter and leave the windows down as much as you can if the weather permits.

I hate Febreeze and the like...whenever someone uses that stuff in the bathroom it just makes it smell like someone took a shit in a rainforest. Don't see it working any better in this scenario.

Yea but that leaves Glitter all over the truck. And costs too much.
