I order a set Icon's with reservoir last week and ask the guy How much should I adjust the left side to compensate for the lean????. He told me that even the manufacturer will not answer exacthly to your question. In my case,,I allready added a Viar air compressor on the right side therefor my truck is leaning the same but the differnce between left and right side is less then before. I have Air Right air bags in the back (for towing only) and I put aprox 4-5 psi more on the left side , enough to compensate for the lean even with the tank full. I order a bullbar from Brandon at Avidoffroad. That's another 40-50 lbs on the front wich should afect the suspenssion differently. I weight aprox 230 lbs you may be more or less. What I am trying to tell you is that, each case is different. If I remember well from my 05 ,, each turn on those nuts will give you aprox 1/4" up or down. You either adjust the left (driver)side to lift it up or the right (passenger) side to lower down. If you lower the right (passenger) side you will lose that 1" sooo the logic calls for- raising the left side. Turn about 2 1/2 time. Take measurements and go drive for one day or at least 20-30 milles. After one day take measurements again and if needed (lift the truck if needed remove the wheels) and adjust again. If you read the other posts most of the guy's had to adjust between 1/2 and3/4" based on their own situation and modifications. Don't forget the alignement as soon you think you got the right height. I don't consider myself expert but this what I did in my 05, and worked perfectly to eliminate the sag. This is what I am going to do in one week when I get my coilsover. I bought them to deal with the lean and the extra wieght added by the bar. Also to lift the truck about 1" to get little bit more clearence for my slightly bigger tires. I hope this will help you with your question.
