That sucks!!! I wonder if you received lights for 2015 or prior models? Either way I would be frustrated as well if the seller doesn't reply to messages or emails since customer service drives a company's reputation. Good and bad feedback is always needed!

Hi Jen, I received your request for refund via PayPal and have responded. I'm sorry we couldn't work this out and wish you the best. I also noted in PayPal you don't have to send back the kit due to the troubles we faced.

Tacomaworld members - I admit I dropped the ball on this order and will make it right. This is my first blemish in over many years of selling these kits on here and hope you guys can understand.

 

Im.still waiting for a reply if and when he is going to send out my kit. Already paid for it. ...... hoping for a reply this week. Or I'm gonna have to follow suit as Jenn

I know people thrive on making a bad rep for vendors if every little thing isn't right and at their door before they hit the pay button.... anyway communication is very important.

By the way, do you do lights for a 2015 Highlander? was thinking of putting your HID's in the wife's car
