Yea... I'm not reading all of this my opinion is that this is America and tax deductions and things of the like are all part of making more money. Yes it can and does get taken to far to the point of tax evasion but usually it's fine to do and is just people trying to raise the number on the bottom line.

Hes not talking about all of them. Im sure your familiar with fly by night contractors and there cut and run style. I know tones of companies that are moraly unethical. To have a sucessful company you dont need to rip people off. It doesn't matter small or large, even tho larger companies are usually held more accountable.
A lot of these unethical small business owners are lazy assholes. They dont feel like doing the work right and satisfying clients, just making money. And they'll do anything to make a buck. Cut corners, burn bridges and even illigal stuff like tax evasion. Its always been around and will contiune to be unless people stop buying for cheapness and start buying for quality.
    End Rebutal Rant :D

Bro, these pussies r always talking shit, thats what they live for! Maybe the first pist was blowing off some steam but I get what you are saying. Its not cool to have a company use the cash that is supposed to go to materials to buy wut ever they want. Then here you are waiting for your stuff like a kid waiting for halloween cansy just to be told that you wont have your stuff for three more months. I feel ya! OZ and his followers love fucking with people online cause they cant hang in real sutuations. Its all good though just let em be who they are.

    What is your malfunction ?

Being as I am a small company owner with employees I am entitled to an opinion in this thread .

You know nothing about me , and certainly have no idea whether " I can hang in real situations " whatever the fuck that is supposed to mean .

Get your sliders bolted to the bottom of your cab yet ?

I don't know if any of you have ever worked in building maintenance but when I did I had to provide my own tools and was always taxed as an independent contractor, even though I was actually working for the maintenance company. It's hard to buy a miter saw or a new cordless drill battery and pay for gas and a required phone when you are barely making enough to have a place to stay and to eat. Maintenance workers pay self-employment taxes so if you make a dollar you owe the government 15 cents. whether you can pay rent or eat or not. If you are lucky enough to wrangle a "free" apartment in exchange for work (so it's not really free at all) you are taxed on its value too. There were several years that I barely squeaked by and then had to borrow money to pay taxes come April.

Sorry, for getting pissed at this turd, I work for myself, live by the check, die by the check, I don't hustle, bills don't get paid, I don't fucking eat. I have a big investment in tools, I have a trenching shovel that I have used for so long, the tip has worn down, it no longer has the same shape spade, do you know how much digging you have to do the wear down a trenching shovel??? Miles and miles of trenches, and planting plants, chopping roots, popping rocks. My grandfather was a carpenter, probably used the same tools for fifty years. I make my living by my wits and 20 years of experience, got some pretty strong hands too, plenty strong to wring the necks of self-righteous pencil-neck ************s
