I don't think so......they are only located in the front, above the driver and passenger seats....?

I suppose you're probably right, I've just always wondered what they were for, never thought about the air bag possibility...thanks

Are people scared to touch their truck these days? Just curious. I mean as long as it's not electrical or anything of that nature why not be a little adventurous and find out for yourself. I just took a flathead and popped the flap up and opened it.

You would think it's a girl asking these questions.

    No offense.

No offense? It was a simple question, dude. I usually don't go prying things off on my truck unless i know what I'm messing with. I don't have the time or money to be repairing shit on my truck just because I felt "adventurous" and accidentally broke something because I didn't know what I was working on, hence the reason I asked the question.

I told you what it was. Then just asked. I was only curious. Just a pet peeve that's all. Like when a guy is completely oblivious as to how to change a tire.

    More than a few.
I'm pretty sure they're airbags. Prying one off might cost you a few hundred dollars and a trip to the hospital.

Haha. I guess I should be in the hospital. You think an airbag can fit in that tiny box? Lol. Negative.

Have same thing in my truck, havent messed with it.

Was told by dealer it was to do with the air bag system, I'd rather not set off my air bags, then again he could be full of crap.

Yes, I appreciate your input, thank you. Considering the posts above, there are other people that hadn't seen this on our trucks or weren't sure what they were. So I don't think I'm oblivious because I didn't know what that was. Maybe you should have saved that comment for when someone actually asks how to change a tire. My pet peeve--> when someone insults other people for asking honest questions.
