Welp, Smokey is no longer a pre runner. :D I did have to modify my brand new driveshaft to get her to clear, thankfully it wasn't too drastic of a cut. At full droop, both sides dropped out, the ears on the front joint hit the flange. I took the die grinder to it and took care of the problem.

The double cardan clears the cross member nicely when fully drooped.

I would have finished the Tundra MC and booster install yesterday but UPS decided the little bit of ice on the road was enough to call in sick yesterday. I'll get her wrapped up and tested today. #crossesfingers

It'll hold. What other punch list items are there prior to finishing the brakes?

    Nothing too major actually.

    Wiring cleanup
    Alignment
Center the axle at ride height
Tune the ORI's (needs to be driveable to do that one)
    Check for clearance everywhere
    Nut and bolt check
    etc.

    Very nice!

I was thinking of getting on for myself for the Dynatrac rear... but decided to keep the stock one for the time being.

That and the damn measuring confused the crap out of me...

Your stocker will work just fine for the rear. No need to get fancy.

I would give you all an update on the brake situation, but UPS still hasn't delivered my package that should have been here on Tuesday.

I'll go hunting for parts tomorrow if they don't deliver today. I'm at the house working on TT today, so I can give them the day to pull their head out of their ass.

You’d have to change the pinion angle if you went double cardan. Not worth it for you

    @SMKYTXN

I can no longer count on two hands the amount of people that ask me what the blue vinyl is for on that drivers side fender....

Part of me wants to keep it... part of me kinda wants to design something off it, and put something on the hood...
