    Take your time. For tight spots I used coat hangers for a template then bent ss tubing. When doing the double flare, I got a Snapon set, ream and bevel. Take your time. It's your brakes. Don't rush.

    Since I'm keeping the leafs in the rear I still need a traction bar. The stock cross member I had my old trac bar attached too wasn't up to the task, so I built a new one. The stock cross member was actually twisted from the old trac bar. lol

    Which ESAB did you get? The Rebel 215? How do you like it? Debating getting that or the miller 211.

    Regular carts get stuck on an extension cord, where this thing rolls over everything. I have some upgrades planned for it, but for she's doing the job just fine.

    So far so good with the 215, but I haven't been using the smart settings. I've used the 211 as well. They both do the job.

    I'm working in a buddies shop. The building puts up with a lot of my shenanigans, but putting the rig on jackstands for months was pushing it just a bit.
