Smog Fail - OBDII not ready

    Keep in mind 2000 and older vehicles can pass smog with the evap monitor not ready.
    My 03’ Taco passed earlier this month with the evap not ready. The first thing I asked the smog techno was if this was going to be a problem. He said it would be okay. I passed and my evap still isn’t ready b
