Smog Question

I have a K&N intake on my 3.4 V6 but the sticker saying do not remove for smog inspection fell off sometime ago, probably when i was offroading or cleaning it off afterwards. Does anyone know if this will affect my smog testing, beacuse i got a notice in the mail saying i need to get my truck smogged. I still have the stock intake, should i throw that one back on before the test?

I don't know, just throw the stock intake on so you don't have to worry about it. CA is very strict.

Why would it come on by putting your stock intake back on?

 

Agreed. I don't think putting your stock intake back on should be a problem. Just swap it back in for the smog check.
