New 2009 Taco with 9,000 miles on it. Started it up Saturday morning and got a large puff of white smoke out the tailpipe. Didn't think much about it until the wife turned around on her way to work this morning because she was concerned about the "white smoke" trailing her. At first I thought it was just condensation from the exhaust, but she could also (as did I on Saturday) smell smoke. Popped the hood, no obvious burning or smell. Made an appointment with my dealer.

Has anyone had a smoking motor/exhaust problem? Yeah, my 200k+ cars smoke a little on start-up. A brand new Taco should NOT spoke!!

    Thanks,
    Michael

I assume your gas is contaminated with different gas such as diesel.
