    that's what I was thinking.
between the clicking and then of course from the hard bang before that.

That is him bouncing down onto his skids on the center of the trail I'm pretty sure. (I'm the videographer) that's at least what I saw. He never hit anywhere else.

Right, the clicking was weird, but they said the clicking happened at the other situation too and he didn't hit anything there. The video was the 2nd occurence.

Yes the clicking and smoke are. I thought you were referring to the knock/bang/slam that happened seconds before the clicking.

Just out of curiosity. Why didn’t you use crawl control?

Sorry not really seconds, at about 0:50 start watching and you'll see the truck jump over and smack down. That's what I thought you were referring to

I thought the bang might have damaged something which then led to that clicking and smoke. But given this was the second time it happened it likely wasn't related. But that clicking definitely is.

OP supposedly stalled prior to this so guessing driving manual?
Any chance it was clutch smoke?

Not sure, he didn't stall in the video incident to my knowledge. Did they say he stalled during the picture incident?

I've also known other autos to stall such as @EddyRRT but I don't believe same issue at all lol.

I have no idea, but I would tell the dealer I was driving up a steep road instead of crawling in the dirt to avoid getting blamed

yep @ 15 seconds you can hear him restart the truck and they talk about it right after.

Never stalled an auto without there being something else wrong with the trans/engine so somewhat odd to hear it stalled if it is auto.

I believe you are hearing the truck directly behind me fire up to get off the top of the trail.

    No it has not stalled.

The first loud noise was me landing on the rock ledge with my sliders. I would have been more concerned this had done something had it not already done the same thing a couple weeks ago. There was the clicking sounds both times right before the smoke though.
