    Seems like people have been asking more about who all is going so I figured a thread would make it easier.

    Post up if you are going and if you if you are spectating or going to be in the pits with a certain team. It will help get an idea how to meet up with one another.

    Saturday - Februrary 12, 2011

    8:00 AM- Course Marking and Pit Marking to begin
    Location: S/F Timing Trailer- Behind Buffalo Bills in between the CORR track and the Parking lot.

    The S/F layput and course will be marking on Saturday. PLEASE DO NOT MARK ANY PIT SPOTS UNTIL ALL SNOW FENCE IS COMPLETE OR IT WILL BE TAKEN DOWN. Please remember to bring a hammer and a stapler for assisting with course marking.


    Thrusday- Februrary 17, 2011

    6:00- 8:00 PM Registration for TIME TRAIL Participants ONLY
    (Unlimited Truck and Class 1)
    Location: Buffalo Bills- Star of the Desert Arena Foyer


    Friday- Februrary 18, 2010

    8:00 AM TIME TRAIL Drivers Meeting- Unlimited Trucks and Class 1's ONLY
    Location: S/F Timing Trailer

    8:15 AM TIME TRAIL Practice Lap
    Followed by Time Trials which are to began apx. 9:15
    1 car every 2 min.

    11:00 AM Staging for Fun Run
    Location: S/F Timing Trailer

    11:30 AM Fun Run Begins as a group, no cars allowed out after last car leaves.

    12:00 -6:30 PM Registration for ALL participants
    Location: Primm Valley Resort- Meeting Center Lobby

    12:30- 7:00 PM Tech/ Contingency Insepction
    Location: Buffalo Bills Parking Lot

    7:30 PM ALL MEDIA & Course Access Creditial Meeting- MANDATORY Attendance required for all Creditail MEDIA.

    Start: 6:15 AM
    S/F Close: 7:05 AM
    Finish: 7:15 AM

    HEAT TWO:
    Classes: 9, 1800, 5-1600 ( 4 Laps ) SB ( 3 Laps )
    Stage: 7:00 AM
    Start: 7:30 AM
    S/F Close: 8:45 AM

    HEAT THREE:
    Classes: 1600 ( 5 Laps )
    Stage: 8:45 AM

    RACE FACTS
    - NO PITTING IS ALLOWED OUT OF THE BUFFALO BILLS PARKING LOT!!!!!
    -12 mile +/- laps – 2 & 4 wide starts and intervals will be announced at the Drivers meeting after all entries are totaled.
    -Sunday’s starting inversion will be announced at the Drivers meeting
    -Sunrise is at 6:23 AM - Sunset is at 5:26 PM
    -Cars running in multiple classes must change numbers between heats mandatory – any vehicle running number that do not meet SNORE rules will not be timed or scored.
    -Course maps will be available Monday prior to the race – basically the same course as last year except opposite direction.
    -All personnel associated with your race team must have wristbands that will issued at sign ups to enter the pits
    -Vehicle pit passes will be required.
    -After the Fun Run all pit bikes, mules, rhinos and quads must be parked for the duration of the weekend. If any part of your team, pit crew or family is caught, your entry will be DQ’d. SNORE personnel and volunteers will be using side by sides & rhino’s during the weekend for race operations and will have official stickers on them. Do not assume that because you see them in a rhino, that it is OK for you to take your’s out.
    -Start / finish will be located near the CORR track, opposite side from last year and we will be starting into the CORR track.
    -Pits will be at the area behind the mall as in the past and along the broken asphalt road running along hwy 15 west side only.
    -All RV’s and pit equipment must be at least 50’ from the edge of the racing line on the broken asphalt, any closer and that stretch becomes a 25 MPH zone.
    -No jetting or testing in the Primm area – all vehicles must be trailered to Jean 8 miles down I-15 mandatory.
