I feel your pain. Several years back, my brand spakin' new setup, Ride Timeless pimped out with Ride Teams with carbon fiber fell off the roof rack because it wasn't properly secured. Never found it. Someone must have swiped it. $1100 gone like that. I will never, ever use racks again.

I hear you! I was at Crystal Mountain in Washington on Friday, and I skipped off a rock and into a tree. Core-punched my Lib-Tech! I also put three 3"-8" gouges down the base.

    I now hate early-season conditions.

thats a bummer man. Good boards arent cheap nowadays. Did you guys have it strapped to the factory rack or locked into a snowboard carrier system?

That REALLY sucks man, always a shame to see a new board get beat.

But sentiments aside, it's an easy fix and I've ridden boards with bigger chunks taken out for sure. Just cut the edge back on either side of the hole until you're at straight edge again, then fill the hole with epoxy and clamp/tape some cardboard over it.

Wait until the epoxy sets, then tear off the cardboard and trim/sand it down. Maybe even wax it if you're all about SPEED RACER.
