I have a pass for Squaw Valley so I tend to go there most of the time, very large so it can handle the crowds. Mt. Rose is also a nice day, very close to Reno. It all depends on what kind of day I want.

I've been hearing a ton of good things about boarding in Utah. More specifically, Salt Lake City.

    A few bolts are different.
Utah is my favorite snow on earth. Snowbird & Snow Basin are the two I like most.

Wolf Creek, CO. The best kept secret in Colorado. Every year it gets more snow than any other resort in the state. It averages almost 40 feet of snow per year! It has tons of back country. Base is over 10,000 ft and the summit is around 12,000 ft. The only reason it isn't WAY more popular is because it's so isolated from cities, airports, etc.

Two hour drive from my house! Woohoo!

All great mountains. Plus you got copper mountain which is about 1.5 hours away weather depending. My favorite out of them is abasin then keystone. They are more of the "local mountain" type

Mission Ridge and Mt. Baker state-side. Can't beat anywhere around Innsbruck, Austria for the apres ski though.

TAOS, its cheap and some of the best slopes in the lower 48. In Canada I like Banff, most of the runs are above the treeline and you just get huge bowls that last a lifetime.

Just using that website as a starter to all those links. For locations and prices.
Upper right hand corner of the site has links to the resorts so you can check them out. Don't look the season pass stuff
