My question is, are they rebuildable?

I broke the valve stem off, I'm hoping it's a 3 piece design, sensor, stem, nut.

My aftermarket sensors are two piece: the sensor and the stem.

I tried aftermarkets but they would not program.
Pretty sure OP is going to need to match his to the 3 remaining sensors .

I haven’t had sensors for so long I don’t even notice the light. I do, however, keep a more careful eye on my air pressure.

Just a note that the 0106 is Denso OE for a 2017 Tacoma. The 0103 is OE for the 4runner.

    what's the difference?

Only reason i ask is that the 0106 has zero reviews where the 0103 has over a hundred.

The difference is that Denso lists the 0106 as the proper fitament for the 17 tacoma.

These aren't programmables, I think Denso makes them for Toyota.

so these are made to pop in rim, air up, and it automatically connects to my ecu?

i wouldn't have to make the ECU forget the current TPMS that's programmed?

I'm definitely not going to say that because I don't even use stupid sensors, I just deal with the light.

Lot of guys sell their OEM TPMS on here, most sets are $100 shipped or less for the entirety of the sensors (4).

Just bear in mind that second gen and third gen TPMS aren’t compatible. Not sure what year truck you have.

Which brand aftermarket sensors did you try? And which scan tool did you use?

Lol America Tires tried two aftermarket types...no go...
Then they went to OEM no go...
I then took the spare with sensor in it away from truck and the OEM sensors worked.
So I’m not sure if the aftermarket sensors didn’t work because of my truck or if they would have worked had I took the OEM away ??

Do you know which brands of sensors America Tires tried? Did they use a scan tool or just the reset procedure on the truck?
Reason I ask is I have a new set of ITM brand sensors and haven't found much user info on them.
