    So I'm leaving this:

    for this:

Please use this thread to tell me how stupid I am but also to tell me what I should do in my downtime. I'm a Sysadmin playing consultant right now.

Some things I've got on my short list:

EDIT:I'm bringing my snowboard for sure, ala the Greek Peak comment
    Boston Trip
    NYC Trip
    Greek Peak Trip
    Canada Trip?

I will be without either of my favorite Tacos.

not much to do here in the winter... Niagara Falls is a sight to see in the winter, and then again in the summer... Very different when the falls are frozen

check out bostons north end for good italian food. faneuil hall is good for shopping and check out either Shear Madness or The Blueman Group at the Charles Playhouse. the theater district also has many more good shows.

as you can tell, im from MA so I know my stuff here haha. skiing is a good choice if you want/can. if not, tubing is available at plenty of mountains. try renting a snowmobile for some good gas powered fun or find a nice parking lot and drift around a little!
