So Stupid !!! lift issue 3" OME

    You do not need to loosen the sway bar bolts, just the end link.

    I'm from Mansfield, Ma originally. Now living in Johnstown, Pa. I do miss Ma at times, but have a great place to off-road here in this area.     Finally got the lift in my most profound and sincere thanks to all who helpd and posted on here to give me some insight especially for the pics

    Taco is ridin so much better and I'm Lovin it !!

    had some help from a Custom Taco member here in MA. Thanks to him as well for all the help.

    I'll post some before and after pics asap

    OME 3in Lift, LR UCA's, 33in DuraTracs, All-Pro Full Skids, TRD CAI & Cat Back, 16x8 KMC Enduros
    any body with the OME 3in having issues with down travel? It's almost that i feel something clunking, like a metal on metal sound, all I have to do is go over a speed bump at a decent speed and I hear it compress and then its almost as it the shock starts to drop then bottom out, then the car comes back down and re-compresses the shock. Every thing is installed correctly and nothing is hitting like UCA on the spring for example.

    I tried removing the top plate spacer, that didn't seem to help at all either.

    I have heard the bilsteins 5100 have more down travel but at this point Id hate to buy new shocks and I'm not 100% sure that is even my issue.

    Any thoughts?
