    and the river came up fast! Luckily, I did not put the other runway on the dock yet so I could keep it pulled in closer to the shore. We had around 2.5" of rain overnight and the river came up 4 feet very quickly. I live 10 minutes away from where I keep the boat at my cousin's house so I had to run up and clear out the debris and get it tied off a little more secure. I took some pictures yesterday but forgot the camera today. Today I got up there and it looked like a bomb went off, there was so much debris under and around the dock and the boat was almost lifted out of the water from all the sticks, branches, logs, leaves, etc. At least I know the bilge pump works well and I put a new battery in last year. We're on the NJ side and you can see across the Delaware to the PA side.
