Soap Stain?

    Any advice how to remove these soap stains off my aluminum powdercoated roof rack...?

    I don't think that's a soap stain. It looks like the aluminum has oxidized. Some people call it white salt corrosion. Assuming that's correct, the best way to remove it will be a mildly acidic solution. Then you're going to have to rinse it really well, then re-coat (probably with paint) the exposed aluminum.
